During Tibetan's warring expansion eastwards to the Tang empire in 8th -9th century, a number of officer of the Tang Court as prisoners of war were served for Tibetan administrative district and were known as "Sheren(Drafter) ". By a careful textual research on Dunhuang Manuscripts, this article put forward an opinion that YANG Yong, who call himself a blighted officer, a former vice - governor of Hexi and Subprefecture Magistrate of Suzhou with honourable duty in Court of Imperial Entertainments, which were recorded on BD08034 as an epilogue, probably the same person who were known as a YANG Sheren recorded a piece of Dunhuang Manuscript: A Calendar in The year of Chen (788 A. D. ).
