阑尾炎手术患者109例抗菌药物应用情况调查研究

Investigation and research of application situation of antibiotic drugs in 109 patients undergoing appendectomy

目的了解该院阑尾炎手术后患者抗菌药物的应用情况。方法随机抽取阑尾炎手术病历109份,对其进行调查分析,按照统一自制表格详细填写,依据《卫生部办公厅关于抗菌药物临床应用管理有关问题的通知》及药品说明书评价药物使用的合理性。结果 109例阑尾炎手术患者全部使用了抗菌药物,涉及7类18种,包括奥硝唑氯化钠注射液、注射用头孢西丁钠、注射用头孢孟多酯、注射用头孢美唑钠、注射用头孢米诺等。结论我院阑尾炎手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的应用基本合理,但存在预防用药时间过长、重复用药、违规选用氟喹诺酮类和第4代头孢菌素等问题。

Objective To investigate the application situation of antibiotic drugs in patients undergoing appendectomy of the hospital.Methods 109 cases of appendectomy patients were taken out randomly,and carry out the investigation and analysis.Made forms according to united criteria by oneself and filled carefully.Evaluate the rationality of drug use according to the relevant notice issued by the general office of Ministry of Public Health concerning the clinical application control of antibacterial drugs and instructions of medicines.Results All of 109 appendectomy patients were treated with antibacterial drugs ,involving 7 classes and 18 kinds,and including ornidazole and sodium chloride injection,Cefoxitin Sodium for Injection,cefamandole nafate for injection,cefmetazole sodium for injection,cefminox sodium for injection and etc.Conclusion The application of antibacterial drugs of perioperative appendectomy patients in our hospital was basically rational, but it remained to have some problems,such as the time of preventive medication for too long,duplicate medication and improper selection of fluoroquinolones and cephalosporins.
