氨溴索治疗中耳炎疗效观察

Effect observation of ambroxol in the treatment of tympanitis

目的观察氨溴索治疗中耳炎的疗效。方法 86例中耳炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,对照组给予1%麻黄碱滴鼻,急性期全身使用抗生素及激素,咽鼓管吹张和鼓膜穿刺抽液等治疗。治疗组除上述治疗外,加服盐酸氨溴索,15d为1个疗程,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.0%高于对照组的72.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中耳炎常规治疗基础上加服盐酸氨溴素,可改善和增强咽鼓管功能,促进疾病的早日康复。

Objective To observe the efficacy of ambroxol in the treatment of tympanitis.Methods 86 patients with tympanitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,43 cases of each.The control group were given 1% ephedrine to drop in to nose and antibiotic,hormone to take in the acute period,and were treated by eustachian tube insufflation and periost paracentesis.The treatment group based on the control group were added ambroxol hydrochloride,15 days as a course of treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy of 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.0% higher than 72.1% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Treating tympanitis on the basis of routine treatment is added ambroxol hydrochloride,which can improve and enhance the function of eustachian tube and promote disease rehabilitation.
