超高倍显微系统与常规显微镜检查前列腺液应用效果研究

Effect study of application of examining prostatic fluid by super microscope system and conventional microscopic

目的探讨超高倍显微系统在前列腺液检查方面的临床应用价值。方法对89例前列腺患者同时采用ACT-2000超高倍显微系统和奥林巴斯CX21常规显微系统进行检查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果超高倍显微系统卵磷脂小体、白细胞和病原体阳性检出率分别为29.2%、42.7%和16.9%,总阳性率为88.8%;常规显微镜卵磷脂小体、白细胞和病原体阳性检出率分别为16.9%、27.0%和5.6%,总阳性率为49.4%。超高倍显微系统总阳性检出率明显高于常规显微镜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超高倍显微系统在前列腺液检查方面明显提高阳性检出率,临床提供快速初步诊断、快速正确用药,只得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of examining prostatic fluid by super microscope system.Methods The ACT-2000 of super microscope system and olympus CX21 of conventional microscopic systems were simultaneously applied to the examination of prostatic fluid of 89 patients,and the results were analysed with statistics methods.Results The positive rate of the lecithin body、white blood cell and pathogen were respectively 29.2%,42.7% and 16.9% by super microscope system,and the total positive rate was 88.8%; The positive rate of the lecithin body、white blood cell、pathogen were respectively 16.9%,27.0% and 5.6% by conventional microscopic,and the total positive rate was 49.4%.The total positive rate of the super microscope system was higher than that of the conventional microscopic,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The super microscope system can enhance positive rate obviously in the examination of prostatic fluid and provide rapid initial diagnose for clinical,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
