心室电风暴发作1例

摘要 患者,女性,48岁,主因半天前突发心前区不适伴意识丧失3min于2010年11月3日至急诊。追溯患者有发热、腹泻病史3d,体温最高38.5℃,半天前患者在家中平卧休息时突感心前区不适,继而意识丧失,牙关紧闭,口吐白沫,小便失禁,患者女儿在场,立即给予胸外按压,约3min后意识恢复,急由120送至我院急诊科,至急诊抢救室后再次发作意识丧失,心电监护示心室纤颤,立即予胸外按压,
