CIK细胞及其与树突细胞联合治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 目前研究证实,肿瘤的发生、发展与宿主的免疫功能有着密切关系,免疫细胞生物学和免疫分子生物学的进展,也推进了免疫学在肿瘤生物治疗中的深入研究和进一步应用。现今,肿瘤免疫治疗已成为肿瘤治疗的基本手段之一。其中细胞介导的过继免疫治疗(ACI)成为当前研究的热点之一。现将目前研究和应用较为成熟的几种ACI综述如下。
