南郊水厂超滤膜组合工艺运行情况评价 被引量:13

摘要 分析并评价了东营市南郊水厂(10×104m3/d)以超滤为核心的水质改善工程一年来的运行情况。生产实践表明,超滤组合工艺出水水质较工程实施前有很大提升,超滤出水浊度保持在0.02 NTU以下,组合工艺对CODMn、UV254和TOC的平均去除率分别为(44.96±3.69)%、(43.22±2.21)%和(20.10±1.51)%,比砂滤出水分别提高了8.99,10.23和7.81百分点。同时组合工艺对藻类、病原性微生物去除效果显著,水质完全达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)的要求。常规工艺作为预处理能有效减缓膜污染,混凝、沉淀、砂滤和投加粉末活性炭等协同效应,有效地保证了超滤膜在可持续通量下稳定运行;采用的国产超滤膜产水性能良好且抗污染能力很强;气水联合清洗能够有效控制跨膜压差的增长,并延长恢复性化学清洗的周期;该组合工艺的实际投资和运行成本均低于预估值。 Application of UF as the key technology of water quality improving project in Nanjiao Waterworks with a water supply capacity of 10×104 m3/d was analyzed and evaluated for one year.The practical operation indicated that the effluent water quality was largely improved by UF combination process,and the effluent turbidity of UF was kept below 0.02 NTU.The average removal rates of CODMn,UV254 and TOC by UF combination process were(44.96±3.69)%,(43.22±2.21)% and(20.10±1.51)% respectively,which were improved 8.99,10.23 and 7.81 percent points comparing with sand filtration process.Meanwhile,the removal efficiencies of algae and pathogenic microorganism were prominent.The water quality could fully satisfy the requirement of the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2006).The conventional process as a pretreatment could retard the synergies of membrane,coagulation,sedimentation,sand filtration and dosing powdered activated carbon(PAC).It could effectively ensure the stability of UF membrane operation in a sustainable flux.The domestic UF membrane had satisfied water production efficiency and anti-contamination ability.The water cleaning could control the increase of trans-membrane pressure(TMP)effectively,and extend the recoverable chemical cleaning period.The actual investment and operational cost of the UF combination process were lower than the estimated value.
