摘要
目的:探讨宫腔镜诊治不孕不育症的方法及效果。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月～2011年1月本院采用宫腔镜诊治不孕不育症患者88例的临床资料。结果:宫腔镜检查异常共49例,行宫腔镜手术患者共23例,经手术治疗后宫内妊娠11例(47.83%)。足月分娩8例(34.78%)。结论:宫腔镜对不孕不育症有较高的诊断率,且可以有效提高妊娠率,值得临床推广运用。
Objective：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of infertility hysteroscopic methods and effects.Methods：Retrospective analyzed January 2010 to January 2011 by hysteroscopy in our treatment of 88 cases infertility patients with clinical data.Results：A total of 49 cases of abnormal hysteroscopy,hysteroscopy surgery patients with a total of 23 cases,intrauterine pregnancy after surgery in 11 patients（47.83%）.Term delivery in 8 cases（34.78%）.Conclusion：Hysteroscopy to infertility has higher diagnosis rate,and can effectively improve the pregnancy rate,be worth clinical promote using.
