以延髓麻痹起病的Miller-Fisher综合征1例

摘要
Fisher综合征是格林-巴利综合征（GBS）的一种特殊类型或变异型,主要以复视、共济失调及四肢腱反射消失三联征为其特点,近年发现Miller-Fisher综合征临床特点错综复杂,其临床诊断较为困难。
