老年膝关节原发性骨关节炎发病率与体重指数的相关性研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察老年人膝关节原发性骨关节炎(primary osteoarthrosis,POA)发病率与体重指数(body mass index,BMI)间是否存在内在关联。方法:2008年6月~2009年3月调查北京市丰台区长辛店城乡部分地区长期居住、具有本地户口、年龄在60岁以上的居民1507名。全部采取问卷调查、骨科基本查体和双膝关节的正侧位X线片检查方式进行,根据问卷内容确实有临床症状,且放射学X射线片显示Kellgren&Lawrence分级≥Ⅱ级的,排除继发性骨关节炎后,可以确诊膝原发性骨关节炎,据此分为POA组和对照组,分别计算出其体重指数。结果:POA组体重指数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),POA发病率和体重指数呈一致性变化。结论:体重指数是膝关节原发性骨关节炎暴露因素之一,二者存在内在关联。
