摘要
针对部队车辆装备修理保障工作的组织实施过程,构建了车辆维修机构工作绩效评价指标体系,基于集对分析思想提出了一种车辆装备维修机构工作绩效评价新方法,最后结合实例对评价模型进行了检验,评估结果更具科学性、针对性和实践性。
In view of progress organization and executive procedure of vehicle maintenance guarantee,this paper built an evaluation index system of the vehicle maintenance agency performance.Based on set pair ideology,a new method of evaluation of the vehicle maintenance agency performance was given.Combined with practical example,the evaluation model shows its result more scientific,feasible and realistic.
