摘要 飞轮螺栓是发动机中传递动力的重要部件之一,飞轮螺栓预紧产生的接触压力决定了飞轮摩擦面能够传递的力矩。基于此,使用有限元法对飞轮螺栓的预紧工况进行模拟,由分析计算结果得到飞轮与曲轴摩擦接触面的接触压力分布,使用数值分析法计算此摩擦接触面所能传递的最大摩擦力矩,并根据发动机扭振软件计算的扭振力矩和发动机输出的平均力矩之和进行判断。 Flywheel bolt is one of the most important components of an engine in power transmission,and the torque transferred by the flywheel contact interface depends on the interface pressure caused by the flywheel bolt pre-tightening force.In this paper,finite elements method was used,and the bolt pre-tightening case was performed,from which the friction contact pressure of interface between flywheel and crankshaft can be acquired.And then numerical analysis method was used to calculate the maximum torque transferred through friction between the contact surfaces.Finally,the transferred friction torque was evaluated by the torsion vibration torque and mean engine torque was calculated by torsion vibration software.
