Research on Military and Civilian Logistics Integration Based on Virtual Logistics Alliance

虚拟物流联盟是近年来物流行业新兴的联盟形式,在阐述虚拟物流联盟的产生、概念、结构的基础上,通过对军地物流一体化特征的分析,得出虚拟物流联盟同样适用于军地物流一体化领域。设计了基于虚拟物流联盟的军地物流一体化体系结构,并从军地物流一体化信息平台、物流网络层、物流运行层3个方面对其进行分析。

Virtual logistics alliance is an alliance style formed in recent years in logistics industry.Based on emergence,concept,character of virtual logistics alliance and the analysis of military and civilian logistics integration,the conclusion that virtual logistics alliance can apply to the field of military and civilian logistics integration was obtained.Then,the architecture of military and civilian logistics integration was designed based on virtual logistics alliance.And then the architecture was analyzed from aspects of information platform for military and civilian logistics integration,logistics network layer and logistics operation layer.
