摘要
作为高校文献信息中心的高校图书馆,主要任务是根据学校发展规划和专业设置,制定本馆文献信息采购方案与计划,其对藏书建设至关重要。基于高校图书馆文献资源建设面临的新形势,要想提高服务质量,优化馆藏,必须坚持"以人为本,读者至上"的原则,开拓创新,及时调整服务模式,找准方向,制定有效措施,达到服务教学科研的目的。
As a literature information centre of university, the library＇ s main task is to develop procurement programs and plans according to the university development and professional settings, it is essential for the collection development. Based on the new situation of the literature resources construction, in order to improve service quality and optimize the library collection, the library must adhere to the principle of ＂people-oriented, readers first＂, make exploration and innovation, adjust service mode timely, recognize the right direction, develop effective measures to achieve the purpose of serving teaching and research.
