Research on Construction of Logistics Equipment Support Training System in Integrated Joint Operation

为应对一体化联合作战对后勤装备保障训练的挑战,提出并界定了一体化联合作战后勤装备保障训练概念。通过分析一体化联合作战后勤装备保障训练的本质及特征,从训练机构、训练内容、训练方法、训练步骤4个维度构建了一体化联合作战后勤装备保障训练体系。

In order to deal with the challenges of logistics equipment support training raised by integrated joint operation,this paper brings forward and defines the concept of logistics equipment support training in integrated joint operation,and constructs the training system from four dimensions of training organs,contents,approaches and steps through analyzing its nature and trait.
