新时期,加强军队软实力构建已经成为我军履行新使命的重要内容,以军营特色文化建设为牵引,以强化宗旨意识为导向,以培育改革创新的时代精神为标志,积极拓展军营特色文化在军队软实力构建中的重要作用,打造军队软实力系统工程,确保＂生命线＂地位不动摇,是当前我军思想政治建设的重要课题。

In the new period,the building of the soft strength for the armed force has become the important content for PLA fulfilling the new missions.In order to fulfill the important tasks to PLA ideology and politics building,this paper puts forward to expand the important effect from the culture construction with the in building of the soft strength for the armed force and builds the system engineering to ensure the ＂life line＂ not to be damaged, which is the important subject for the ideology and politics.
