做好军队院校教学成果培育工作的探讨

On Cultivation Work of Teaching Achievements in Military Academy

从教学成果的基本概念出发,分析了教学成果的5个特征;着眼教学成果在军队院校办学体系中的关系定位,分析了教学成果的性质、与军队院校日常教学的关系、教学成果的基本属性和奖励目的;从组织经常性的教育教学理论研究、立项开展教学改革实践活动、实时解决好影响和制约教学成果培育的各种现实问题和加大教学成果学习借鉴的力度4个方面,提出了做好军队院校教学成果培育工作的思考。

Starting from the basic concept of teaching achievements,the five features of teaching achievements are analyzed.In the view of the relationships between operational system and teaching achievements of military academy,the property of teaching achievements,the relationship between daily teaching and teaching achievements,the basic attribute and the reward objectives of teaching achievements are analyzed.Some thoughts on how to cultivate teaching achievements of military academy are presented from four aspects,including organizing academic research on educating and teaching frequently,building up projects with regard to teaching innovation practices,resolving realistic diversified problems that restricting and affecting teaching achievements cultivation in real time and increasing the intensity of learning and using the experiences of teaching achievements.
