摘要
简要介绍CAIS（continuous acquisition and life-cycle support）含义、产生背景及其主要特点,分析发展CALS的关键技术以及美军实施CALS战略的具体做法,并提出我军实施CALS的几点建议。
This paper mainly introduces the meanings,background information and its characteristics of CALS, analyzes the key technique to develop CALS and its specific practices,puts forward some suggestions on carrying CALS in China.
