摘要
平湖市7个乡镇图书分馆建设能稳步发展,主要在于合理的投入,采取了走出去、请进来、合作共赢三种方式。但分馆发展也出现了两头分化、开展的活动多样性不够、数字资源浪费、管理不到位、职工思想不稳定等情况。针对不同的情况,应采取与农家书屋整合、提高数字图书馆和文化信息资源共享工程的利用率、加强宣传、建立合理的管理制度等措施,共同促进乡镇分馆的健康发展。
The steady development of township branch libraries in Pinghu City lies mainly in the reasonable investment to them and carries out the＂going out＂,＂taking in＂and＂win-win cooperation＂strategies.But such problems as unbalanced development,deficiency of various programs,waste of digital resources, insufficient management,instability of staff have occurred during the development of these libraries.On account of the different situations,the author argues that the township branch libraries should be combined with the so-called village or rural libraries,should improve the utilization of digital libraries and the Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project,should pay attention to publicity and establish a reasonable management system,aiming at promoting the sound development of township branch libraries.
