A Summary on the Construction of Zhejiang Academic Digital Library Characteristic Resources Database

特色文献数据库是高校图书馆资源建设的重要组成部分,对于梳理、开发、利用地方特色文献资源,揭示馆藏流变具有十分重要的意义。基于浙江省高校数字图书馆特色文献数据库建设的实践和工作的体会,重点阐述了特色文献数据库建设原则的把握、内容选择的界定、管理重心的所在和特色数据库建成后的完善方法等,旨在强调不仅在特色资源数字化建设过程中要精心安排、区分主次、重视管理,而且在数据库开通运行后,更要及时更新数据,不断凸显个性化特色,强化管理,促进资源共享,方便快捷服务。

Characteristic document database is an important part of resource construction of university library.It is of great significance to arrange,develop and utilize local characteristic resources also.The authors discussed the construction principle,content choice,management focus and the improvement and perfection of the characteristic database based on the practice of Zhejiang academic digital library construction.It not only need to arrange everything carefully,distinguish primary and secondary and to pay attention to management during the process of construction,but also need to update data timely,high light the features,strengthen management,and promote resource sharing and convenient service after completion.
