摘要 一淘、淘宝网、淘宝商城、阿里巴巴和万网,如果再加上"旺旺",这将是马云手中张力极强的一张电商大网。马云正在实现其商业理想的道路上一路狂奔,他的对手还能有几个?马云最近很"烦"也很激昂。不只是因为支付宝的事情闹得他里外不是人,也不仅是他在日本与软银董事长孙正义的欣然一抱,更是因为淘宝一分为三之后"大阿里战略"架构的清晰化, Jack Ma,President of China's largest e-commerce group Alibaba Group(Alibaba), recently unveiled a'Big Alibaba Strategy'. Though there were a fierce dispute between Ma and Alibaba's large shareholder Masayoshi Son,Chairman of SoftBank Corp.not long ago,they finally come to a consensus on this strategy. Ma wrote an internal mail to his staffs, informing them Taobao.com,the Business to Consumer(B2C)site under Alibaba, will be divided into three subsidiaries:etao. com,taobao.com,and tmall.com.This is not only a split of Taobao,but also a strategic adjustment inside the whole group,to capture the opportunity in a time when traditional companies are shifting their operations to the Internet. According to Ma,the strategy will provide comprehensive services to all e-commerce participants,including segmented consumers, various merchants,industrial chain, information flow,logistics,payment,data services,and so on. Etao.com provides shopping search services and attracts buyers;taobao.com and tmall.com deliver consumers good shopping experience; and professional services will help enterprises and start-ups open e-commerce businesses and marketing on Taobao's platform. In this way,Alibaba can provide a traditional company with one-stop e-commerce services.Ma is also constructing a logistic system and planning the listing of the group.No one would want to miss this, neither would Son.
