妇科肿瘤患者生活质量研究

Evaluation on quality of life for gynecologic cancer patient

目的通过调查宫颈癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌患者的生活质量,分析确定妇科肿瘤患者生活质量的影响因素。方法采用FACT-G调查表调查妇科肿瘤患者145例。结果晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量较早期患者低(P<0.04),老年患者(P=0.03),接受高中以上教育者(P=0.004),得到家庭成员支持者生活质量较高。结论对恶性肿瘤患者应给予必要的健康教育,心理治疗,以提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To compare the quality of life（QOL） for gynecologic cancer patients with different cancer sites,and to assess the impact of patients′ characteristics,disease parameters and treatments on the subscale and overall QOL.Methods A prospective study was conducted including 145 gynecologic cancer patients.QOL data were collected using the general Functional Assessment of cancer Therapy（FACT-G） QOL questionnaire.Results Advanced stage patients showed lower quality of life than early stage patients.QOL was reported higher in older patients（P=0.03）,above high school education（P=0.004）,and with help at home.Conclusion Patients with later stage need to get necessary health education,psychological care to improve their quality of life.
