壬基酚降解菌株的降解特性 被引量:8

Degradation Characteristics of a Bacterial Strain for Nonylphenol Degradation

摘要 研究了在以壬基酚(NP)为唯一碳源的无机盐培养基中菌株Serratia sp.LJ降解NP的降解动力学,以及不同环境因素对NP降解的影响。结果表明菌株Serratia sp.LJ在NP浓度为10~150mg/L,温度为30℃时,对NP的降解遵循一级动力学方程。NP浓度为100mg/L、环境温度为30℃是菌株Serratia sp.LJ较为适合的降解条件。当pH为7.0、铵态氮为氮源时,NP的降解速率较高。加入Fe^2+和Mg^2+对NP的降解有明显的促进作用,而Cu^2+则会产生抑制作用。 To further analyze mechanisms of microbial degradation of nonylphenol (NP), effect of different environmental factors on NP degradation has been studied, with NP as the sole carbon source for the strain Serratia sp. LJ in salt medium. The results indicate that NP degradation by the strain Serratia sp. LJ complies with first-order kinetic equation under optimum conditions. The Serratia sp. LJ has a higher degradation rate, when the NP concentration is 100 mg/L and temperature is 30℃. When pH is 7.0, ammonium is nitrogen source, NP degradation rate increases significantly. The addition of Fe^2+ and Mg^2+ can promote the degradation of NP, while the addition of Cu^2+ has the opposite effect.
