摘要
实绩分析是干部考评工作的重要环节,是准确评价定位干部的重要依据。在实践中,往往会出现实绩分析准确性科学性不高的问题,必须高度重视、认真研究。本文从理论和实践两个方面着手,对问题进行了深刻的思考,提出了合理设置实绩关键指标、深化完善实绩认定办法等对策措施,为提高实绩分析科学性准确性提供了很好的思路。
Performance analysis is both an important step in assessing cadres and an important basis for accurately assessing and positioning cadres.However,in practice,performance analysis is always encountering the problems of low accuracy and little scientificity.Therefore,it is necessary to attach great importance to and carefully study these problems.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the problem,finds out the causes and develops countermeasures,thus providing a good reference for addressing these problems.
