Our culture prefers abstract definition to concrete and operative description;we are intelligent in understanding ＂study for the purpose of application＂,but we are less concept of service for the society.Through the comparative study on the concept and standard of practical ability for college students both in domestic and overseas,this article tells us how to improve practical education and cultivate high quality talents.
