三氧化二砷联合阿糖胞苷治疗骨髓增生异常综合征

Clinical Efficacy of Arsenic Trioxid Combined with Ara-C for L Refractory Myelodysplastic Syndrome

目的:观察三氧化二砷(As2O3)联合阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的疗效和不良反应。方法:12例骨髓增生异常综合征患者均给予As2O3+Ara-C方案化疗(As2O310mg d1-10,Ara-C 0.2 d1-7)。结果:12例患者中,基本缓解(CR)8例,CR率67%,部分缓解(PR)2例,进步为1例,未缓解(NR)2例,总有效率83%。结论:As2O3联合Ara-C方案治疗骨髓增生异常综合征疗效好,不良反应轻。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and side effect of As203 combined with Ara-C for refrac- tory myelodysplastic syndrome （ MDS ）. Method： Twelve patients with refractory MDS were treated by As2O3 combined with Ara-C（ As203 10mg d1-10, Ara-C 0.2 d1-7）. Result： In all the cases complete remission （CR） rate was 67%, 2 cases with partial remission, 1 case improved, 2 cases without remission. The total effective rate was 83%. Conclusion： As203 combined with Ara-C can treat refractory MDS with higher CR rate and slight side effects.
