摘要
目的:观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的临床效果。方法:168例稽留流产患者应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗。结果:治疗成功率95.2%。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产是一种安全、有效、方便的方法,成功率高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on therapy of missed abortion. Method： 168 cases of missed abortion were given mifepristone and misoprostol. Result： The success rate was 95.2 % . Conclusion： The application of mifepristone and misoprostol for therapy of missed abortion demonstrates advantages in safety, efficiency, simplicity and high success rate. It is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
