摘要WHO将生存质量（quality of life,QOL）定义为＂个体根据其所取的文化背景、价值系统决定对自身生活的主观感受,它受个体目标、期望值、标准和个体关注点等影响因素的影响。＂从老年保健医学角度来讲,老年人QOL的定义应概括为＂老年人个体或群体对自己的身体、精神、家庭和社会生活美满程度和对来年生活质量的全面评价＂^[1]。
