试论如何提升当前我国治安行政执法的有效性

On Improving the Effectiveness of Public Order Administration in China

警察行政执法是其执法活动的重要组成部分,目前我国公安机关在治安行政执法活动中存在着种种"失效性"的现象。造成这些现象的原因是多方面的。为此,应采取相应的措施以提高警察治安行政执法的有效性,使得公安机关能够更好地履行自身职责,维护社会治安。

Security administration,being an important part of current police＇s law enforcement activities,witnesses some phenomena of ＂ineffectiveness＂,whose causes might be multi-facet.Corresponding measures should be taken to enhance the effectiveness of security administration,and in so doing,police organs can better carry out their duties for the maintenance of social order.
