摘要
本研究以典型籼粳交(春江06/台中本地l号)的Fl代花药加倍的DH群体为材料,系统考察了DH群体及其双亲在抽穗期的叶鞘长、叶鞘重、叶鞘厚等性状上的分布情况。结果表明,叶鞘长度的遗传力较高,受环境的影响相对较小,叶鞘长与叶鞘厚及叶鞘干重间大多呈极显著的正相关。QTL分析共检测到31个与叶鞘有关的QTL,分布于水稻第1、第4、第6、第8、第10和第11染色体上,其LOD值介于2.58~4.81,贡献率在7.5%~35.3%之间。其中,位于第4染色体上RM548-RM6997区间是个主效QTL座位,同时调控水稻叶鞘长、干重及叶鞘厚。进一步比较了叶鞘相关性状和业已检测到的部分产量相关性状QTL表明,叶鞘的光合功能或物质运输可能与水稻的产量形成密切相关。
The anther culture double haploid (DH) population derived from a cross of between an indica rice (Oryza sativa L.) TN1 and a japonica rice CJ06 was used in this research to investigate the distribution of sheath length, sheath thickness, shealth weight among DH population as well as its parents. The results of QTL mapping showed that sheath length had high heritability and affected relatively small by the environment, sheath length presented significantly positive correlation with sheath thickness and sheath weight. 31 QTLs related with the sheath were detected, which distributed on the chromosome 1, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 11, respectively. And the LOD value was ranged from 2.58 to 4.81, whose contribution rate was ranged from 7.5% to 35.3%. The interval of RM548-RM6997 located on chromosome 4 was a main effect QTL locus, which controlled rice sheath length, dry weight of sheath and sheath thickness. Further comparison between the sheath-related traits and QTLs of some yield related traits showed that, photosynthetic function or material transport of sheath may be closely related to rice yield formation.
