摘要
研究了漂白麦草浆(BWSP) 及各筛分组分的物理和化学组成, 并就各筛分组分AKD施胶特性进行了比较。研究发现漂白麦草浆中的细小纤维部分(过105 目) 是影响麦草浆施胶效能的首要原因。同时也对阳离子淀粉、CPAM和APAM助留剂、AKD在湿部的停留时间以及GCC填料等的影响因素作了论述。
The physical and chemical components of bleached wheat straw pulp (BWSP)and its fractions,also the sizing responses of different fractions were investigated.It showed that the most important factor of weakening AKD sizing efficiency was the fine fraction(pass 105 mesh).And impacting factors including cationic starch,C PAM and A PAM aids,residence time of AKD in the wet end and GCC filler were descussed in this paper.
