摘要
目的通过对实验动物犬的手术、术中测量及围手术期处理,对喉腔手术的动物模型进行初步研究。方法选择16只健康比格犬行喉裂开手术,术中测量喉腔基本参数。术后对实验犬进行气管切开及鼻饲肠内营养,观察实验犬的术后状况。结果实验犬的喉腔基本参数与人体具有相似性;实验犬能够耐受术后气管切开及鼻饲。结论选择犬作为实验对象合适,实验犬的手术及围手术期处理方案基本明确。
Objective To study an animal model for laryngeal surgery by measuring relevant parameters during the operation and peri-operative period in canines.Methods 10 beagles underwent laryngo-fissure and basic parameters of the laryngeal cavity were measured during the operation.Then,10 beagles underwent tracheotomy and nasogastric feeding and the postoperative status was observed.Results Canines and humans showed similar parameters of the laryngeal cavity.Canines could sustain postoperative tracheotomy and nasogastric feeding.Conclusions It is suitable to choose canines as the experimental animal.And the schemes of the operation and peri-operative treatment are clear.
