摘要
中小企业在国民经济发展和社会进步中具有重要地位,推进中小企业承担社会责任对企业发展和社会经济进步具有重要的理论和现实意义。文章阐述了中小企业社会责任的内容,分析了中小企业生命周期各个阶段的主要特征,构建中小企业不同成长阶段的企业社会责任承担模式,并提出符合企业实际且能实现企业价值最大化的社会责任策略。
The small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role at the national economic development and social progress.Promote the small and medium-sized enterprises to undertake corporate social responsibility has important theory and practical significance to China social economy and enterprise own development.The meaning of small and medium-sized enterprises corporate social responsibility is described firstly in the article,and then the main features of each stage of life cycle are analyzed,construction model of medium-sized enterprises in its various growth stages,finally,corporate social responsibility strategy of medium-sized enterprises is put forward which is conformed to enterprises' reality and maximize the enterprise values.
