摘要
在北部湾经济区开放开发的背景下,经济的增长和产业的转型升级势必拓展广告业市场,拉动广告人才需求。文章认为,在未来时期,北部湾经济区广告人才将会出现现代服务业广告人才需求比重上升,由单一型向复合型转变,由注重本土化人才向外向型、国际型人才转变的趋势。北部湾经济区广告人才的培养和发展,必须结合广告人才的需求态势统筹兼顾好广告人才储备与经济发展的关系;坚持以北部湾经济区产业发展及需求为导向;创新人才培养模式,培养适应经济社会发展需要的广告人才。
Under the background of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Development,the growth and upgrade of economy lead to a well development advertising market.This paper considers that,in the future,the needs of advertising talents would rise,and the requirement of the talents would be more international and multiple.The development and cultivation of advertising talents in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone should be well implement under the cooperation between talents and economy,we should insist on taking Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Development as the guidance,innovate the mode,so as to cultivate the perfect advertising talents for the economic development.
