制造业是工业化和现代化的主导力量,其发展水平是衡量工业化国家或地区综合实力和竞争力的重要标志。南宁市大力发展制造业,中国—东盟自由贸易区、北部湾经济区发展带来的国际市场和合作机遇,南宁高新区的产业基础优势以及东部地区制造业向中西部地区的转移赋予了南宁高新区发展制造业的良好机遇并提供了良好条件。文章认为,南宁高新区打造先进制造业聚集区必须转变职能、加强技术创新、开拓国际市场和主动承接产业转移。

Manufacturing sector is the dominant force of industrialization and modernization,the development level of industrialized countries or regions is a measure of overall strength and competitiveness of an important symbol.To develop the manufacturing industry in Nanning,China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,to bring the northern Gulf Economic Zone Development and cooperation opportunities in international markets,Nanning High-tech Zone and the advantages of the industrial base in eastern central and western regions of the transfer of manufacturing to give the Nanning High-tech Good opportunities for the development of manufacturing area and provide a good condition.Article,Nanning High-tech Zone to build an advanced manufacturing accumulation area must change the functions and strengthen technological innovation,to develop the international market and the initiative to undertake the transfer of industries.
