重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织趋化因子及其受体的表达和意义 被引量：5

摘要 妊娠免疫耐受是正常妊娠时母体形成的一种特殊类型的外周免疫耐受，保护作为半同种移植物的胎儿不被母体免疫系统排斥而成功妊娠，这有赖于免疫活性细胞的分化及功能调整。趋化因子（Chemokine，CK）及其受体不但直接参与了淋巴细胞的增殖和活化，还促进母胎界面T淋巴细胞及NK细胞的游走和活化，可影响一系列的细胞活动，包括粘附、血管牛成和扩散[1]。
