RESEARCH ON DB MODEL APPLIED IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

设计-施工总承包模式是目前国外常见的施工管理模式。文中通过对DBB模式和DB模式的相互比较,论证DB模式是我国建筑工程承发包模式的发展趋势,并指出在目前我国的建筑环境中实行DB模式需考虑的相关问题。

DB model （Design-Build model） is a common construction management in foreign con struction market. By comparing the DB model and DBB model, we can have a conclusion that DB model is the trend of construction contract in our country. At last, the author points out that some issues should be considered by implementing DB model in current construction environment.
