摘要
以野生仙草叶片组培不定芽为材料,研究了不同植物生长调节剂对仙草组培不定芽生根率和根系质量的影响。结果表明:3.0 mg·L-1NAA和0.1 mg·L-1IBA处理根系质量最好,生根率高,生根数多,根长,根粗壮。
Adventitious buds from leaves of wild Mesona blume were taken as materials.Effect of different plant growth regulators on rooting rate of adventitious buds rooting mass were studied.Result shows that the optimal medium is 3.0 mg·L-1NAA 0.1 mg·L-1IBA which have higher rooting rate,more root number,longer root length thicker root.
