基于网络社会背景的农村中小学音乐教育发展策略 被引量:2

摘要 目前农村中小学音乐教育的现状远远落后于城市,这种城乡差距正在无声地剥夺着农村中小学生音乐能力发展的权利,有悖于教育公平的基本原则。基于此,以网络社会为背景,首先从师资现状、教学软硬件条件和教学管理三个维度分析了农村中小学音乐教育的发展现状。继而在对现状进行反思并综述当前发展农村中小学音乐教育主流策略的基础上,提出"网络兴教"的观点,并从可行性和功效性两方面对其进行评述,得出大力推进应用网络资源提升农村中小学音乐教学这一结论性策略。 Currently,the music education in rural elementary and secondary school lags far behind that in the city.The urban-rural gap gradually deprives elementary and secondary students of the right to develop music ability,violating the basic principle of equal access to education.Therefore,this paper firstly analyzes the currents situation of teacher staff,teaching software and hardware and teaching management in the context of network society,these three aspects.Then based on the reflection of the current situation and review of mainstream strategies of developing music education in rural elementary and secondary school,this paper proposes that we should invigorate education through network and analyzes its feasibility and effectiveness.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that network resources should be applied to promote the music education in rural elementary and secondary school.
