摘要
高素质的管理队伍建设事关高校改革发展全局,长期以来,人们对高校管理队伍建设的重要性认识不足,管理队伍处于非职业化状态,队伍建设缺乏科学管理制度、考核评价机制、干部交流渠道和竞争性选拔机制,致使这支队伍整体素质不高。加强和改进高校管理队伍建设,必须提高对管理队伍重要性的认识,建设职业化、专业化管理队伍,完善培训机制,拓展培训途径和内容,推进职员制改革,建立完善考核评价机制,推进干部流动,加大竞争性选拔机制,从而使优秀高校管理干部脱颖而出。
The construction of the high quality management team is connected with the overall reform development of universities.People don't realize the importance of the construction of university management team for a long time.Management teams are nonprofessional.The team construction lacks scientific management system,evaluation mechanism,cadre exchange channels and competitive selection mechanism,which makes the teams low quality.In order to strengthen and improve the construction of university management team,people must realize the importance of management team,build a professional and technical management team,improve the training mechanisms,develop training approaches and contents,promote staff system reform,establish better evaluation mechanisms,promote cadres flowing,and intensify competitive selection mechanism to make the excellent university management cadres stand out.
