Computer-and-Internet-based language education proves to be an effective way to improve the college English teaching.The integration of information technology and college English teaching is a hot issue in the process of information technology education and an inevitable tendency in college English teaching.According to the theory of constructivism,this paper mainly discusses the significance and approaches of cultivating the information technology quality and teaching integration ability of college English teachers,which is of realistic significance to promote the development of college English teaching.
