我国与发达国家在铸造工艺规范制定和执行方面的情况比较

Comparison of Casting Process Specifications Establishment and Implement between China and Developed Countries

对比分析了发达国家和我国在铸造工艺规范制定及执行方面的情况;认为我国铸造企业在工艺规范覆盖范围、严谨程度和现场执行力度等方面与发达国家铸造企业相比差距较大;指出我国铸造企业只有在铸造生产的每一个环节都制定有严谨的工艺规定,且现场严格执行,才有可能生产出世界先进水平的优质高附加值铸件。

A comparison and analysis was made to the situation about the casting process specifications establishment and implement in some developed countries and China.It was considered that comparing the situations between Chinese foundry enterprises and the foundry enterprises of developed countries,there is quite wide backward gap existing in the covering scope,preciseness and the on-site implement strength of the casting process specifications.It was pointed out that only by establishing precise process regulations aiming at every links in the casting production chain,and strict implementing these regulations on the production site,it＇s possible for the Chinese foundry enterprises to produce world-advanced high quality and high value-added castings.
