摘要
介绍了大型风力发电机组用风电球铁铸件的通用技术要求及随着轻量化和低成本发展要求出现的新变化;总结了风电球铁铸件的化学成分控制范围、铸造工艺特点和常见质量问题;认为生产风电球铁铸件的主要技术难点是既要满足综合力学性能要求,又要减少缩松和表面夹渣,以达到超声波检测和磁粉检测的等级要求;指出采用优化的熔炼工艺、炉前处理工艺和造型工艺,选用优质原材料,是完全能够达到产品的通用技术质量要求和特殊要求的。
An introduction was given to the general technical requirements of the nodular iron castings used for wind power generating unit and the latest changes caused due to the requirement of lightening and low cost.The chemical composition control range,casting method specialties and the common quality problems of the wind power nodular iron castings were summarized.It was considered that the main technical difficulties of the wind power nodular iron castings is that not only their comprehensive mechanical properties requirements must be met,their shrinkage porosities and surface dross also to be reduced to meet the ultrasonic test and the magnetic test requirements.It was pointed out that by using optimized melting process,iron treating process and the molding process,as well as by using high quality raw materials,the general technical requirements of the castings must can be fully met.
