2000～2009年我国优秀硕士论文中药物正交试验的统计分析

Analysis of orthogonal test of drugs in China master's theses between 2000 and 2009

目的:分析我国药物研究方面硕士研究生对正交试验设计的使用情况与特点。方法:以中国知网中药物研究的优秀硕士论文为材料,对正交试验使用的频次、各类药物中的分布、所涉及的院校、学科、专业、研究内容、正交试验设计表的类别、结果处理等数据进行统计分析。结果:正交试验设计在药物研究的优秀硕士论文中于2000年开始出现,总体呈增加趋势,运用正交试验设计占论文总篇数的2.9%。在使用比率上,列首位的分别是L9(43)表、方差分析方法、药剂学学科和提取工艺。结论:药物研究中,应加强试验设计方法的运用。

Objective：To analyze the service condition and characteristics of orthogonal experimental design in China master＇s theses.Methods：Materials come from drug research thesis of CMFD of China knowledge network.The dissertation data about orthogonal test,frequency of use,distribution in drugs,involved colleges and universities,disciplines,specialties,research content,kind of orthogonal design table and result processing,were statistically analyzed.Results：The orthogonal experiment design involved drug research of China master thesis start to appear in 2000,with a general increase in trend.The orthogonal experimental design accounted for the total number of dissertation 2.9%.In the aspect of use ratio,L9（4^3）table,variance analysis method,pharmaceutics discipline and extraction process,were occupied the first place of the statistical data separately.Conclusion：In the drug research,the utilization of experimental design method should be strengthened.
