摘要 能谱分析技术是油液磨粒分析的重要手段.文中通过正交试验,分析了润滑油中各检测元素与主要影响因素之间的关系,对如何合理选择激发条件,建立优化工作曲线等进行了研究.通过加权关联分析,验证了能谱分析技术油液磨粒成分监测的有效性. Energy disperse X-ray fluorescence analysis techniques is an important method which can analysis wear debris in lubricant,and can be the supplement to Atomic Emission Spectroscopy and Ferrography mostly used to analysis debris.In this paper,the relationship between the elements and the main influent factors have been analyzed through vertical test,and the proof of choosing exciting conditions and the setting up for the superior analysis method have been provided.The validity of this technique in the oil debris monitoring have been approved through relating analysis.
