摘要
通过引入分解和协调策略,构建了基于协调机制的多学科协同优化方法的统一框架.在该框架中,引入了基于函数关系矩阵(FDT)的多学科分解策略和基于参数化近似模型的协调策略.讨论了几种典型的多学科设计优化方法,并将其应用到减速器的设计中;根据实例的计算结果,对上述几种多学科设计优化方法进行了定量的比较和研究.此外,还给出了多学科设计优化方法的选择标准.
A unified framework of multidisciplinary collaborative optimization based on collaboration mechanism has been constructed.In this framework,the decomposition strategy based on Functional Dependency Table(FDT) and the collaboration strategy based on the parametric approximation model have been introduced.Four of typical MDO techniques were discussed and applied to the design of Speed Reducer.With the results,four MDO techniques are compared quantitatively.Besides,this paper presents the choice standard of MDO techniques,which is helpful to the application of MDO in the practical engineering design.
