摘要
从原理上分析灰渣残碳低而造气能耗高的原因,介绍生产过程中导致无效转化率高的因素,出气温度不合适造成的危害等。提出必须提高认识,才能解决技术进步后出现的新问题。
Analyze the reasons for low content of ash carbon residue but high energy consumption in fixed bed gasification from gasification principle, introduce the factors resulting high invalid conversion rate in gasification and hazards caused by inappropriate outlet gas temperature. The understanding of the technology must be improved to solve the new problems along with technology progress.
