摘要
根据目前净化工艺和催化剂的特点,提出改进升温加热器,改变氮气供应方式,煤气供应方式等措施,改进变换系统的升温硫化。同时,升温硫化与液氮洗工序的开车协调进行,缩短系统开车时间。
According to the characteristics oi purification process and the catalyst, modity the heater and change nitrogen supply and coal gas supply for improving heating sulfurization in shift system. In the mean time, heating sulfurization and liquid nitrogen wash process are coordinated to shorten the system starting time.
