摘要
随着综合采煤机械化的提高,煤矿井下使用的电动机功率越来越大,而体积却要求越来越小。这种结构的改变会增大电机的热负荷,造成电机温升过高。文章全面阐述了降低电动机绕组温升的最有效(外壳水冷却结构)的设计。
Together with the increasing of the synthesis mechanization level for the coal mine digging machines,the power capacity of the mine motor became greater and greater while the demand to its size went to smaller and smaller.This kind of constructive change would result in the increased hot load of the motor.An effective design to reduce the temperature-rise of the motor winding(Shell water-cooled configuration) was described in detail.
