摘要
从铝壳电机的结构特点和噪声产生机理出发,分析了电机气隙中定、转子磁场相互作用产生径向磁力波和源于电磁振动产生的电磁噪声,提出控制MS系列铝壳电机电磁噪声的具体措施,有效降低了电机噪声,使其噪声水平达到欧盟标准。
Against the constructive feature of the aluminum housing motor and cause to produce noise,the magnetic wave produced by the reciprocity between the stator and rotor fields in the air-gap was analyzed,furthermore,the magnetic noise produced from electromagnetic vibration was described too.The measures to control the noise of the MS series of aluminum housing motor were suggested,which reduced the noise of the motor effectively making its noise level meet with that of EU Standard.
